Chelsea Chelsea is very fashionable, affluent and highly sought after London Borough with many delightful older style residential dwellings in peaceful and harmonious settings together with many new contemporary luxury apartments, which in particular overlook the River Thames. Chelsea is an area of south west London bounded to the south by the River Thames, where its frontage runs from Chelsea Bridge along the Chelsea Embankment, Cheyne Walk, Lots Road and Chelsea Harbor.
