Kieran Ryan - Managing Director |
| Started career in agency in 1982 in West London and went on to purchase John Spencer estate agents in 1992 where to a 3 office operation employing some 42 staff at its height in Ealing, Chiswick & Kensington. Sold this operation in 2001 and went on to form 'Rickman' immediately. Having worked the entire West London region I simply think Kensington & Chelsea is an amazing area to operate in. We work very well in tandem with our associate office in Singapore, letting, managing & eventually selling our clients investments and I may add that we do have a cult following from the Far East in this respect. We also make a point of visiting our clients over there to keep them up to date with the current market conditions at the time & answer any questions they may have. My outside interests are Football, Tennis, eating out and of course wine!! | |

Dominique Coleman - Lettings Manager |
| Originally from Sunny Brighton, I moved up to Nottingham to study Psychology & Social Sciences for 4 Years. After graduating with a BSc Hons, I found myself a job within a Recruiting firm in Nottingham. After two years as a Recruitment Consultant, I decided it wasn’t for me & moved over to the world of Property. Starting in Property Management, I soon realised that I wanted to be out meeting people & seeing all these properties we had to offer. After a Year I decided if you wanted a career in Property, London was the place to be. I have now been with Rickman Properties for nearly 3 Years and I love the varied role this job has to offer. Working within such an experienced team here at Rickman properties I have developed my knowledge of the London property market, and therefore can offer good advice on the local rental market. Kensington & Chelsea is a fantastic area, the properties are stunning, and the people are friendly! All I need now is for Johnny Depp to walk through the door and my job would be complete! | |

| I happily joined Rickman Properties in May 2010 as an Administration Assistant, I was born in South East London of Spanish and English descents. I like to think of myself as being a hard worker, a very friendly and caring person that has high expectations of what I can achieve. Whilst being with Rickman I have gained many skills and have expanded my knowledge in Administration and Estate Agency. I really enjoy working for Rickman and also enjoy the atmosphere and buzz of working in London, especially all the shoe shops it has to offer that I often visit on my lunch break or after work which of course is my first and only hobby! After finishing school, moving on to college and having a variety of part time jobs here and there, Rickman is my first job as in a career move and I have been happy to start building my future here ever since. One of the very first things I noticed joining Rickman is how friendly and welcoming everyone is which I think is very important whether your working within the company or a client doing business with us, our services are personal yet very professional. | |

| The whole of my career so far has been associated with property. Straight from Lucie Clayton Secretarial College I was PA in GEC (General Electric Company)( the 6th largest Company in the UK at the time), to 3 Chartered Surveyors in the Property Department. After a year I moved to a small International Property company again as PA to the MD. I joined John D Wood & Co as the office PA then trained to become a Sales Negotiator. After 16 years I left to have 3 children. I rejoined the Primrose Hill office for another 2 years as a Consultant. A challenge was now needed so I joined Brompton and help them develop their property company. Challenged completed I joined a more established company in Kensington who then took me to open up their new Chelsea office. 3 years later job done and I relocated to Rickman Properties as a Senior Sales Negotiator to expand their sales department. Along with Denis Hallett my Sales Manager we have successfully put us on the Kensington & Chelsea Estate Agency Map using our contacts, knowledge and experience. | Still crazy after all these years, 39 years ago Denis R Hallett F.N.A.E.A started as a junior at Whitman Price & Coleman on Chiswick High Road. Time has gone on, the property market has seen good & bad times. A lot of grey hairs later Denis decided to join forces with Rickman and forge an association to improve, revamp and run the Sales Department. 'I still love the business' said Denis 'Even after all these years' 'I get a great buzz from successfully concluding deals and finding people New Homes. In 1972, Estate Agency was a profession, a career for life, since then Denis has seen a 2 up 2 down which SOLD for £6,750 recently sell for £680,000 an increase of a mind boggling 1000%. The decision to join Rickman was easy - we combine 'good old fashioned down to earth advice’ and hard work with a professional and efficient approach that gets the job well done. Denis has moved through Estate Agency from Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, Hammersmith & Barons Court (West Kensington) and now to Kensington, he has owned his own companies in W6 & W12 and has worked for small family independents and very large corporates. I love London and the area we deal with has fantastic & varied properties, tremendous history and a real feel for London at its best with the Royal Parks, Holland Park (known as the Romantic Park) and some of the World’s most Famous buildings including two of my favourites being the Natural History Museum and The Royal College of Organists. My other loves are my family & friends, music, sport (especially football Chelseal) & travel in particular Andalusia. | |

| I am Sri Lankan and reside in the South East where I grew up. I achieved a degree in BA Accounting and Finance. Coming to work in the heart of Kensington has given me a different sight to London as I believe it’s one of the most beautiful places to work, especially when it’s just by Holland Park. I have been working for Rickman Properties for more than 3 years and I deal with the property management and accounts. I adapted to the working environment very quickly and learnt to work under pressure to resolve all the problems that occur relating to the management. Managing a property can be very nerve-racking at first then you get used to it as all the problems that occur are all similar. E.g. Tenants call the Management Department for the simpeist of things: washing machine is not working we eventually discover the washing machine hadn’t been turned on! In situations like this I have taken the appropriate action so that our clients do not suffer high costs. Just to let you know that your property will be in safe hands wherever you are in the world. | |

| The latest addition to our team is originally from Prague, living in London for past five years focusing on the property market throughout West London. I have worked in various private companies as a Lettings Negotiator and Maintenance manager. I was studying with ARLA and enjoying the new challenges of professional life. I am still amazed by the difference a post code makes! Somehow the job gets just so much more exciting downtown! Otherwise I like my privacy, enjoying walks with my dog, having friends around for meals, live music/theatre gigs and least but not last is travelling to Asia which is a great eye-opener to everybody. | |

| I am the newest member of the Rickman Properties team. I became interested in the property world while working for my father, who is a specialist decorator, I was fascinated by the beautiful homes he had worked in. When I had finished studying at Stowe School, Buckinghamshire I went on to study Interior Design at Kensington and Chelsea College. I received a National Diploma for interior design and decided to increase my knowledge in the property world. I worked for Guildhouse ltd and Chesterton Humberts before joining Rickman Properties. By living in Kensington and Chelsea for over 20 years, I know the area exceptionally well. I look forward to being part of a successful and well driven team. I am a born and bred Chelsea fan, and of course, there is nothing I love more than a very long pub lunch. | |
